I’ve put together 5 tiny things that can calm you down in just 5 minutes no yoga mat, no apps, no disappearing into the forest required (although that sounds dreamy).

These are the things I use when I’m in between calls, before heading into something stressful, or when my brain feels like 74 tabs are open at once.
They’re simple, grounding, and you can do them literally anywhere.

They’re meant to serve you to meet you where you are and gently hold you when things feel messy.
