Happy Monday!
For any new followers, I thought I’d introduce myself, I’m Abi, owner and Osteopath at Reform and Renew Osteopathy.
I’m a mother and wife, family always comes first, I am 1/4 of , I like to ride my bike and run which has given me the opportunity to represent GB at an age group level and come 🥈in the World Sprint Duathlon championships and I’m British Champion 🥇in my AG in 2025! Oh and I like to eat ice cream!
