Can you relate?

Our brains are hardwired to remember unfinished tasks much more vividly than completed ones.
Every "half-finished" project, every "I'll do that later" chore, and every resolution you started in January but haven't touched lately is currently running like a background app on your phone-draining your battery.

This is why you feel tired even when you haven't "done much." Your brain is holding onto the tension of these open loops.

The Fix: Don't try to finish everything today. Instead, pick one "open loop" and either finish it or consciously decide to quit it.

There is immense power in saying: "I am not going to do this right now." Close the mental tab so you can use that energy for what actually matters ⚡️
