So heading into Christmas, we are all very busy with lots of over indulging (me included), shorter days, less time for ourselves as we rush around bending over backwards to please everybody. However, we must still take time to look after ourselves and our Lymphatic system. I have nearly completed my Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage course and will be offering these to you in the New Year alongside my Body Ballancer machine. That way you can have the ultimate in lymph drainage with either a stand alone treatment or combined.

I'm so grateful to the ladies who have let me practice on them so far 😍🙏 as without them I would not be able to do this.
