Did you know...
In October, we had 158 appointments that were not attended. This accounted to 1904 minutes of wasted time for our clinicians that could of been used for other patients.
Please make sure you call the surgery or cancel your appointment via the NHS app if you know you are unable to attend.

The quickest way to make a same day appointment is by using our online system tool - AskmyGP. You can find this by visiting our website www.caradocsurgery.nhs.uk On the home screen, simply click Get Help Now and follow the instructions. All you need is a valid email address. This option becomes available from 8am Monday-Friday so no need to call the surgery.
You can also use this function 24/7 to update your details.

Regular breast screening can find breast cancer before you feel it or notice any symptoms.
If you are a woman, aged 50 or over, you'll be invited for breast screening every 3 years, until your 71st birthday.
If you think you should have breast screening, but you are not invited automatically by the time you are 53, contact your local breast screening service.

Patient gentle reminder:
The surgery will be closed from 12.00pm Tuesday 30th September 2025 for staff training. We will re-open on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 8.00am.
If you need emergency medical attention please call 111 or 999.
Please be aware that the half day closure has been arranged by the ICB and applies to all surgeries in the North East Essex area.
