You can find this by visiting our website www.caradocsurgery.nhs.uk On the home screen, simply click Get Help Now and follow the instructions. All you need is a valid email address. This option becomes available from 8am Monday-Friday so no need to call the surgery.
You can also use this function 24/7 to update your details.

You may have heard on the news today reports that from now GPs will be able to prescribe weight loss injections.
This is NHS area specific and NOT applicable to North East Essex.
We CANNOT prescribe weight loss injections. ❌
Please DO NOT contact the surgery requesting these.❌
When they will be rolled out, they will only be prescribed through a specialist team via referral. At presents, referrals for this service are not being accepted. It is unknown when this is likely to change.
