Night care assistant role has become available here at Wi******er House.

You will be working in a 9 bed residential home in Kirby cross.
You will need to show warmth and compassion to our residents and their emotional needs.
Have a positive attitude and work in a person-centered way providing personal care, assisting with meals/fluids. Communicate effectively with your colleagues, health care professionals, residents and their families.
Our team understands dignity, respect and the importance of offering choice whilst helping to promote our residents independence.
Due to our residents being the heart of everything we do, ideally the candidate will have experience in Health and Social Care. However we do accept people who are willing to learn.

More than just a residence, Wi******er House is a place to call 'Home'.
Wi******er House continually runs in a way which we strive to offer an environment suited to a more personal quality care and attention than maybe offered in larger homes.
We pride ourselves in being the only home in this area with all 9 bedrooms located on the ground floor. Most of our residents come to us from recommendations from local doctors, nurses, visiting friends and family members and by word of mouth which we are proud of.
Choosing a care setting is a very important decision. We believe it is our aim to maintain an atmosphere where personal, privacy, dignity and independence are of paramount importance.
