This week, I have had lots of people with office jobs coming into the clinic.

Look at this posture! 🤦🏻‍♀️
I feel sorry for those who are seated like this all day!
Diagnosis- tightness in hip flexors
Short hamstrings
Lower back pain
Upper back pain, then going up into trapezius , shoulders and finally the neck, possibly, leading on to a headache.

Really not good!! X 😕

Think about your posture every day, get up stretch, walk about.
Look after that lovely body of yours!!

Over a course of time your body will adapt this posture and believe its a normal position.

So last week, I had so many clients with Trapezius and shoulder problems, leading into the neck which is so painful, can eventually travel up the neck and give you a nasty headache.
