In Sanskrit, Chakra means "wheel." We have seven main energy centers aligned along the spine, each influencing a different part of our physical and emotional well-being.

​1. Root Chakra (Red) 🔴

​Location: Base of the spine.

​Vibe: Survival and safety.

​Balanced: You feel grounded and secure.

​Blocked: You feel anxious or "scattered."

​2. Sacral Chakra (Orange) 🟠

Hi I'm Sally, I’ve been a holistic therapist since 2014, but my journey toward healing started in a place of personal loss. During that time, I found myself "dabbling" in crystals to find my own peace.
My partner saw how much they resonated with me, I have always been a naturally empathetic soul and encouraged me to learn properly and safely—so I did for a year, commuting to Colchester to learn with a very special lady.

​That spark led me on a four year path of discovery, qualifying in Aromatherapy, Massage therapy, Reflexology & a full spectrum of holistic therapies, so then Crystal Light Therapies was born.

My Journey & Experience.

​Over the last decade, I’ve had the joy of learning and working by myself meeting wonderful mentors including my ex partner, friends, colleagues and clients as well as with incredible women in high-end spa environments like Clarins and Elemis but I’ve always been drawn back to the intimacy of solo practice.

My work has evolved into deep specialisms, including:

​Beyond my work with adults, I hold a qualification in Childrens Nursery Care. I’ve always believed that healing should start early. My own journey has taught me that walking in nature is one of the most powerful tools for grounding and mental clarity as well as health.

​Because of this, I am expanding my practice to include Mindfulness in nature. My dream is to launch Childrens Mindful camps, helping the younger generation unplug, connect to the earth, and learn how to truly connect with themselves and the world around them. 🌿

​Whether I am supporting you through a difficult health journey or helping your child find their "calm" in the woods, my mission remains the same: providing a safe, natural space for you to heal.

Whilst in Norfolk I couldn't miss the opportunity to walk the 5 mile coastal path from Cromer pier to Sheringham Town. Apart from having to come off the path at East Runton as there is a huge caravan park on the path, you pretty much follow the coastal path signs. A lovely easy walk on a nice spring day.

Fighting for Every Beat: Dad's Story.

​On March 15th 2025, our lives changed in a heartbeat.

​My wonderful loving dad suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. In those first few critical moments, my brother became a hero, performing CPR until emergency services arrived. It took six shocks from a defibrillator to bring his heart back into a rhythm.

​The days that followed were the hardest we have ever faced. Dad was intubated and placed into an induced coma, his life hanging in the balance. But Dad has always been a fighter. With pure strength, incredible determination, and the help of specialized care and life-saving heart technology, he did the unthinkable—after just three days, he fought his way back to us.

​Why am I raising money

​We are the lucky ones. We know that without the years of research funded by the British Heart Foundation (BHF), the technology and expertise that saved Dad simply wouldn't exist.

​From the defibrillator that shocked his heart back to life, to the specialized treatments in the ICU, BHF-funded research sits at the heart of it all. I am raising money to:

• ​Fund life-saving research into heart and circulatory diseases.

• ​Support the development of new technologies that give families like ours a second chance.

• ​Raise awareness for CPR training—because, as we learned, every second counts.
