This why I dont wear heels 🤦🏼‍♀️. This x-ray really caught my eye. You can clearly see why patients can end up with a range of issues, most commonly achilles strain, metatarsal pain, ankle ligament strain and back pain. (Or it just could be because I’m not a youngster anymore)
