It would be great if botulinum toxin worked like the top graph, unfortunately that’s just not the case. The average duration of muscle relaxation in the upper face is around 12 weeks.

Full disclosure, this is my mother-in-law 😊. After a thorough consultation, she trusted me to give her a combination of treatments over two sittings. These images are were taken only 5 weeks apart! The results will continue to improve and can last up to 6 months.
