A lovely group who came to find out more about Total Body Walking in Delamere Forest. Using both the ergonomic Total Body Walking poles and the strapped Nordic Walking poles, by the end of the session their confidence improved and they were able to feel the benefits. Well done to all. The May Power of Poles is open for booking at with Kerley .Book now as I will be out of action for a couple of months after June 17th .

Please be aware that the crossroads at Hatchmere are closed for 3months and diversions are in place. Allow extra time for your journey. I managed to get completely lost following the Norley route as diversion signs petered and I ended up back in Kingsley 😀However I have been successful following the diversion through Alvanley, Manley , Ashton Hayes to the A54, A556 and left onto B5152

Icing after Total knee replacement along with elevating leg toe over nose to reduce swelling and aid knee bending is really important.
Options ,low tech to high tech.
