Hi, I'm Callie
I am so happy you are here...
We all want to feel good about ourselves and enjoy life to the fullest and for many, consistent daily yoga practice is already contributing to a happier, healthier more joyful way of being. My passion is to share with everyone how simple steps, taken every day, can lead us all to a life of deeper connection, peace and happiness. I have been helping people live happy and fulfilling lives through the practices of yoga since 2008. After feeling transformed from my very first yoga class way back in 2002, I ventured into the world of yoga and found myself on a path of self-discovery that would change my life forever.

I’ve been thinking about getting past my resistance towards zoom and starting a weekly evening class.
I only ever did one zoom class back in 2020 and decided it wasn’t for me but that was then and this is now.
Is everyone zoomed out or would some of you enjoy meeting me weekly from the cosy comforts or your home?
The classes would always have a focus on winding down, softening the edges and preparing for restful sleep.
If this is something you’d be up for get in touch.

I’ve had a few wobbles over the last few days & I had one about an hour ago when Pete left for Cornwall with the dogs for the weekend.
It’s the first time I’ve been truly alone in a very long time. It overwhelmed me - the quietness of the house made me feel panicked.
After getting the hoover out, lighting some candle’s and making the space cosy, I’ve decided to use the quiet time for some integration work from the retreat I attended in Spain.
This weeks work is about retraining the mind.
My mind has been non-stop during this full moon. Waking me up in the early hours, endlessly chattering away on my walks; loops, stories, conversations all inside my head. 😖
I’ve found some respite with my nightly meditation & breath work & im hoping this integration handout will also focus me and help me feel I’m another small step closer to understanding myself at a deeper level.
Sending out cosy autumn vibes to you.

My morning class will be returning to Frodsham at the lovely Scout Hut this Friday at 10:30am.
Would you like to join me?
It’s always been such a friendly, laid back group so it’s great for socialising and making new friends.

I teach one to one and group yoga classes in Cheshire; including Yoga Classes in Frodsham, Yoga in Helsby and classes for Yoga in Winsford. Since 2008 I have taught yoga to varied groups in a class setting, as well as yoga workshops and weekend yoga retreats in North Wales and the Lake District.
My style of teaching is hatha flow with an focus on safe structure and alignment. I enjoy creative sequencing to challenge and inspire you to move your body to the guidence of the breath, resulting in you feeling physically lighter and rejuvenated and mentally focused and calm. Mindfulness and somatic awareness are emphasised throughout each practise to assist in the release of tension from body/mind.
I look forward to helping you explore the healing and transformational potential of yoga through movement, breath and relaxation.
Experience and Training
I have been practising yoga and mindfulness since 2002 and began teaching yoga in 2008 when I became a teacher with Yoga Vidya Gurukal in India. I continued to train in mindfulness and prenatal yoga in 2009 and returned to India in 2013 to further my studies. In December 2018 I qualified as a teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga after completing the 500-hour Teaching Diploma over a 3-year period and I recently completed a two day Introduction to Ayurveda workshop with Sarah Beck. My teaching has been influenced by different teachers and traditions over the years, but my main influence has been my teachers Jon Malloy, Nicky Middlehurst and Sarah Beck.
