Today’s learning! 😎🌞🫶🏻 The facts - Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the UK and worldwide. 1 in 4 men/1 in 5 women in the UK will develop skin cancer in their lifetime. Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer is now one of the biggest killing cancers in 15-34 year olds. 😢 There are around 2,400 deaths from melanoma every year. A massive 86% of cases are PREVENTABLE!

Last nights guided meditation was beautiful, chilled summer vibes and lots of discussion around different topics, we all learn together, with light hearted conversations to belly laughs.
