I love coming into the shop and finding new little additions that Rachel from has added 💚 How cute is this little guy???? His name is Drythorn and he’s an incense dragon. Love him!!!!

Rachel now has some new exciting facial treatments to offer at the shop and you should head on over to her page to see what’s new! Alongside her fabulous reflexology and acupuncture talents this lady has no end of holistic offerings that will complement your work with me! And as for what’s hiding under the fabric in the corner, I can’t wait to have its vibrational energy focused on me (iykyk) 🥰

Spaces are now full for the summer and I’ll be taking a little break until mid September whilst I’m working on a big day job commitment so if you want to get booked in and aren’t one of my regulars please reach out so I can get you booked in as we march towards the latter half of the year 💕

Doing what I do doesn’t make me even the slightest bit immune to having a crappy day. Feeling the pressure at the moment, and anxiety coupled with the now familiar pangs of grief crept back in along with. Overwhelm is so easy to ignore with the whole “just gotta get it done” mentality. I used to think it was just about swimming through it, but now I know it’s more about the stop. The recognition, the feeling it and allowing a softness in your response to yourself. Today I’ve felt crappy, tomorrow is another day.

These babies help immensely. Rhodonite, for me, represents feelings of forgiveness, for yourself as well as anyone else who might need it. Understanding of what is, what can be changed in your reaction. Acceptance. And a certain mental calmness that is needed when you’ve got a lot going on. Heart healer extraordinaire in my opinion, and, as so much of our feelings of stress and anxiety comes from the heart centre they really are a powerhouse to underdone that sh*tty ol’ day 💕

Last night I was fortunate enough to get to attend an all night gong bath with and the lovely Jane. What an experience! Feel like it’s had a massive impact already on my ability to let go of things I’ve carried round with me for a very long time!

I was nervous! Really nervous! Which might sound silly doing what I do, but it’s true 🤷🏼‍♀️ This is your sign to push your boundaries, step into the unknown and try the thing that challenges you. You just might find, like I have, that it’s really really worth it! 💕

Summer solstice blessings to you all!

The kids and I made this summer solstice sun dial from things we foraged in our local woods on our walk, and from our garden at home. I’ve never tried anything like this with them before, and it was such a beautiful thing. Seeing Seb placing crystals to his third eye, not guided, but intuitive reverence before he placed them. And hearing them both offer their gratitudes to things they are grateful for in the natural world. We had, food, water for splashing, the trees for the air that we breathe, and mine for the flowers, the sunshine and the rain, which we’ve had both of in abundance today!

This is your nudge to get outside, listen to the birds and the insects that buzz and just breathe in the scent of petrichor on the air. In the words of Amarah just now, “this is cool” 💕

I know this isn’t about crystals, but it’s worth a mention! As many of you know my family and I have an allotment, our little haven that we’ve built from grass and weeds into something special. It gives us space, fresh air and family time, and it helps to teach the kids about nature and the food they eat. We all love it! Next month we’re having our annual open day and I would love to see some friendly faces there! So if you’re free and fancy coming along that would be wonderful!!!! It’s a family event, and always a most lovely day 💕

After what feels like forever it was so so lovely to be back with Sharon and Olivia from today for our first combined crystal reiki sound bath of this next few months. The energy in the room was fantastic, Sharon’s gong has never sounded better, and I’m so glad that you all enjoyed it as much if not more than we did!
