Spring equinox, perfect balance. Ostara, the time when we celebrate the awakening of the earth. And our wedding anniversary 💕
When we chose this date it was a complete but perfect accident! Couldn’t have made it more perfect. A love that has lasted 13 years and going strong. A love that has lasted 4 pregnancies, multiple challenges and two beautiful children. Mother Gaia awakens and such beautiful memories forever cemented together 💕 Grateful, blessed and abundant 🌷

Sorry for my silence. I have been in deep wintering mode, unable and unwilling to shift the pace from slowness in any aspect I could control.
Last Friday I emerged and had a beautiful evening with in Grappenhall 💕 And now it’s time to open my doors to delicious nurturing one to ones again, starting tomorrow, and I can’t wait! All my regular clients are booked in, but I know there’s a few of you who have been patiently waiting and so I’ll post my availability for the next few months later this evening.

I look forward to welcoming all old and new clients into their own slice of peace, restoration and healing for 2026 💖🙏💫

Last night I attended the most beautiful solstice restorative yoga with my beautiful friend Restorative yoga is not about the asana (poses) it’s about the deep dive into resting and restoring the calm place within your soul. Winter solstice is a powerful time to release that which you don’t want to take into the next year and to set intentions for the year ahead. That’s a wrap on clients for 2025. Most of these beautiful souls have been with me for a while now, and it’s something I’m truly grateful for 💕

I will be opening up bookings for the new year after Christmas. Until then it’s time for a wind down in my day job, leading to (hopefully) lazy mornings and some quality time with my little family.

I hope you can find some peace and pause in this next few days. Remember to breathe, and take a minute if it feels a bit crazy with all the things to do (and I’ll remember to take my own advice 😉)

Phase one of festive decorations complete. I’ve been trying, gently, to explain the roots of this season to my children. They go to a CofE school, and it’s a lovely school. But obviously they are taught things that leave out the roots, the foundations of this season. Yule being the return of the sun, the light, layer translated into the rebirth of the son….. I have to go carefully, I don’t want them “getting in trouble” at school. But still, drop feeding the real roots is important to me, and so is making the house feel all sparkly and special…..it’s exhausting, but it fills my heart with the energy of the season. Love, light and togetherness 🥰💕🎄

And for those who are griping that it’s not yet December, and yes, I’m talking to you 😜 it’s Frodsham Christmas festival tomorrow so for us it’s the green light to get festive…..
