Don’t wait until Monday to start again.

Stop putting off what’s important to you.

Prioritise your health and your goals, and stop the all or nothing mentality.

You are human. No journey is perfect.

So be kind to yourself. Don’t let a bump in the road be an excuse to walk away yet again, and pause, and wait to start over again.

You are worthy of the extra effort to pick yourself up and carry on!

If you fall in a bucket of hot chips, or a bath of ice cream, brush yourself off and forgive yourself as it’s what you do next that counts!

No matter what went down yesterday… today is a new day!

Fear of being a failure can flood your mind and it can feel overwhelming.

If you experience weight going in the wrong direction, it is essential to reflect on where you are at and what you need to work on.

For example, do you need to:

- Stop the mindless grazing
- Increase your exercise (even just a 10 min walk a day is a great place to start)
- Improve your hydration (working towards minimum of 2.25 litres of water a day)
- Increase your Step 2 protein or products while on plan to help combat hunger
- keep well away from sugar (the plan is sweet enough!), and *carbs which your body turns to fat!

Get back on track and refocused on smashing your goals.

I want to Thrive not just Survive!!

So much of our lives we spend in survival mode! Sometimes it can be for reasons outside of our control! However a lot of time it’s been my safety net…It’s important to check yourself and really look at this!

When someone is in “survive mode,” they may prioritize short-term decisions, conserve energy, and reduce risks, often at the expense of long-term goals, personal growth, or happiness.

Life is too short to just survive! Go get them dreams you have always wanted!

Put YOU at the top of the list! This actually ends up benefiting everyone around you!
