Wednesday morning classes are back from the 2nd October! Really looking forward to seeing your beautiful faces! Classes are open to all abilities with focus on the breath and slow, stretchy movement so, come to get grounded, energised and feel however you want to feel! ###

NEW CLASSES: Hi Guys, classes will be starting again from Wednesday 2nd October in our usual space at the HUBnub Centre (RISE) in The Sun Room. These drop- in classes are from 9.30am - 10.30 am every Wednesday and are open to all at £8 per person. Really looking forward to seeing your lovely faces again! ###X
