Hello 👋it’s about time I introduced myself properly. After embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood, I’m emerging to reconnect and share my journey with you all.

Im Louise, a wellness and creativity coach with a particular interest in women’s hormone health. As a Yin Yoga instructor, I intertwine the art of slow movement with profound wellness practices to guide others towards serenity and strength.

My path has been carved through navigating the complexities of healing from colitis and PSC—two conditions that have taught me resilience, patience, and the power of holistic health. Coaching from a place of empathy and experience, I aim to empower those navigating their own wellness journeys.

With a decade spent in the design industry before transitioning to coaching, creativity is the essence of my being. It fuels my soul and inspires my coaching approach.

I coach people of all ages from all around the world who want to unlock their potential through health optimisation, focused productivity, and transformative habit formation.

I live is the south-west of the UK. I’m a mother to two incredible daughters who remind me daily of life’s rapid pace and the importance of living fully.

I hope to share my knowledge so that you can live well and in good health without procrastinating on the thing you need to do most!

Yoga doesn’t always need to be a formal practice. I’ll happily sit in shoelace pose to stretch my glutes and ITB whilst reading a book for 5-10 mins. No yoga mat necessary either!

Just finished Breath by James Nestor and loved it! Now including chewing gum into my daily routine to strengthen my jaw and promote stem cells. I’ve been mouth taping for many years but switched from purpose made mouth-tape to medical tape a while back. Much cheaper and less plastic. I need to find some better gum and there are recommendations in the book so will be experimenting. I’ve redownloaded the Wim Hoff app and working my way through the free trial. I’m so inspired by books. The depth in books gets to the core and is so inspirational. It can’t be replicated by socials

It will need to be done in stages because kids and life but I always complete the booklet and I love looking back through it each year
