Hello everyone, we've been so busy the last few weeks and enjoyed every minute of it! Lots of new people we'd never met before, some repeat customers doing refresher courses and many referrals. Thank you so much to all of you!

The UK Resuscitation guidelines have recently changed, and we are teaching according to the new ones of course.

Although we'll be slowing down for Christmas, we still have places in the next few weeks, and we would love to see you! ❤️

As a First Aid training company we deliver most of our courses in Frome at the Cheese and Grain, but we can also come to your own venue, as we did last Monday for a company in Warminster.

We teach classes to a maximum of 8 students with 2 instructors to guarantee individual attention and quality of training.

Our courses (3-day First Aid at Work and 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work) all have a 3-year certificate.

We're off to lovely Copenhagen for our anniversary this weekend, only a couple of days but perfect for a relaxing change of scene and well needed break.

With these hot August days in mind, be aware of not only sunburn, but heat exhaustion or heat stroke; keep hydrated and stay in the shade.

Nearly through July, August nearly upon us, and many of us take a holiday before looking at things again in earnest in September.

We are therefore only running one First Aid course in August, and we'll be back in September with our regular schedule.
