Our bodies are wrecked, morale is high and determination is better than ever. Renovation week is nearly complete!

A total of 25hrs of painting, sanding, refurbishing & prepping…oh and we have SIGNAGE ⚡️🔨

Although there’s lots more to be done, we’re SO chuffed with what we’ve been able to achieve in the timeframe. We’ve worked ourselves silly to get ready for our first patients on Monday 23rd March.

Although I have a couple of patients to see next week, that’s my final week at The Spruce wrapped!

Now time to collect the keys and start the renovation on our next chapter 🔧🔐

Thank you for all of your support & understanding while we’ve been compressing our timetables to work out of the one room.

We got there in the end!

Vickie & Tom’s diaries will still be running as normal next week.

We’ve been keeping the biggest secret, welcome to our next chapter.🏡

That’s right - Shield Sports Therapy (my baby) is moving to a DEDICATED building in Shepton Mallet, just a few minutes down the road from Trudoxhill.

We’re sooo glad that we can finally tell you 🎉

Isn’t she a beauty?! We’re in the process of renovating right now but we’ll OPENING our doors to the public on 23/03/26.

Until then - all appointments will still be at The Spruce ‼️
