We enjoyed a wonderful selection of songs from the 50s, 60s, and 70s that everyone could sing along to. It was lovely to see so many smiles and hear the music filling the room. Moments like these truly put smiles on faces and music in our hearts. 💛

🐾 Supporting Our Community at Rossetti House

At Rossetti House, Care UK, we’re proud to support the charity Dogs for Health by hosting their weekly community meet-up.

Every Tuesday we welcome members of the community who may be experiencing social isolation. We provide a comfortable space where people can come together, have a chat, and enjoy some friendly company.

We provide tea, coffee, and plenty of homemade cakes, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who joins us.

A huge thank you to the volunteers from Dogs for Health — your time, care, and dedication are making a real difference in our community. The people who attend are always so grateful for the support and the opportunity to connect with others.

💙 Community really matters, and we’re proud to play our part alongside such wonderful volunteers.

🦉 What an absolutely magical day at Rossetti House!

We were thrilled to welcome Owl Obsession to visit our residents, and what a treat it was!

Everyone had the most wonderful time meeting and handling three incredible birds:

🦉 Dusty — a beautiful Australian Boobook
🤍 Gizmo — a stunning Barn Owl
🦅 Winnie — the magnificent Eurasian Eagle Owl

The smiles said it all. There is something truly special about being up close with these incredible creatures, and our residents absolutely loved every moment.

Thank you so much to Owl Obsession for bringing these gorgeous birds to us and giving our residents such an unforgettable experience. We hope to see you again soon! 🤍

Happy 105th Birthday, Eileen! 🎉🎂

What a truly remarkable milestone — 105 years of living well. Eileen enjoyed a wonderful day surrounded by visits from family and friends, with plenty of smiles, laughter, and celebration. There was, of course, delicious cake and her beloved tipple, Harveys Bristol Cream Sherry, to toast such an incredible occasion!

She was also delighted by a visit from Coco, who almost shares her birthday, making the day even more special. Here’s to a life so beautifully lived and a celebration to remember! 💐
