We Hear You WHY provide specialist counselling to adults & children affected by life-threatening conditions When you ask WHY… we hear you.

We Hear You works across Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset and Wiltshire providing emotional support to patients, families, friends and carers who have been touched by cancer or any other life threatening conditions. At We Hear you we understand that cancer and life threatening conditions can be overwhelming. It can leave you feeling numb, isolated and terrified and can seem to big to cope with. We provide a safe space where people can say the unsayable and ask the unanswerable. If you are affected or have been bereaved by cancer or another life threatening illness and would like to know more about our counselling, please contact us.

From 10am this morning until 10am tomorrow, our amazing friends Emma and Craig at Deck and Dagger are taking on their incredible 24‑hour painting marathon in support of our Emergency Appeal and we couldn’t be more grateful. 💛🎨
They’ll be painting nonstop for a full day, live from their shop at 4 Palmer Street, Frome, and pouring every ounce of creativity, energy and colour into helping WHY support people facing cancer and life‑changing conditions.

We Hear You is looking for a Partnerships Fundraiser to help grow meaningful, values‑aligned relationships across our region.
If you’re a skilled relationship‑builder with experience in corporate or major donor fundraising - or you bring strong transferable skills and a passion for people - we’d love to hear from you.
Join our small, committed team and help secure the future of our free counselling for people affected by cancer and life‑threatening conditions.
