Straight up, soundly sourced, masterfully roasted, bang tidy brews from our gobby selves. Small batch coffee roasters with seriously big beans, we make Proper Gobby coffee in the west country. Our unique blends and sexy single origins are created with quality, seasonality and fine, fine flavour in mind, without the scary jargon. We aim to make a positive impact with what we do, by donating proceeds talking charities, SWEDA and Mind, promoting body positivity and good mental health.

We joined a bunch of other incredible roasters, wholesalers and coffee enthusiasts at Bristol Coffee Festival earlier this month. And things got so busy we barely got any pictures of the day… ☕️
But here’s a nice little selection from the setup on Friday, feeling very smug with our sexy new bar made with the help of 🙌

TOMORROW is gonna be our last day EVER roasting on Geraldine, our lean, green bean roasting machine 💚🧑‍🎤❇️🐲🪴

She’s served us well over the last 8 years, roasting up gloriously gobby coffee for all of our Loud Mouth fans 🙌

From humble beginnings in Elle’s garage, to our current home at Frome Commerce Park, she’s been with us for the full journey and we couldn’t fault her 🙏🏻

On Wednesday we welcome the installation of our new Besca (name TBC), but for now, let us say a final farewell to our trusty Toper - the legendary Jezza ☕️💚☕️

Open from 8am - 3pm tomorrow for all to pay their respects ⚰️
