Happy ! 🎵 For the farmers here who have called Frome their home, The Wurzels are always a favourite! We spent the afternoon singing along, making scarecrows (and a few Guy Fawkes too), with some of the team dressed up for the fun. 🌾 A proper feel-good afternoon together.

Recently, Donald and George enjoyed home-cooked lunch, Pauline spent some quiet time colouring, we marked Toni’s 92nd birthday, and with her niece - Celebrated Wendy's 88th today! 🍰

Out in the garden, the sunflowers Peter and Amanda planted earlier in the year are still thriving, adding a lovely splash of colour for everyone.🌻

Here, the day is shaped by familiar routines. Pauline enjoys the comfort of a pet in her arms, Donald likes to keep up with the morning news, and Marlene still takes pride in helping others, just as she always has. 🏠

Our kitchen team also treat everyone to homemade puddings, like the strawberry pavlova we shared this week.

These moments of independence, connection and home comforts are what matter most.

It’s these moments of connection and familiarity that make me feel comfortable, valued and truly at home. ❤️

From a warm cuppa in the greenhouse to getting stuck into some baking, there’s always something going on that feels familiar and meaningful. 🩷

The large farmhouse-style dining table was full of conversation and homemade chocolate crispies waiting to be shared later.
