Court Farm Yoga Retreat This cleansing yoga retreat at Court Farm allows you to get back to nature and breathe, and return home feeling revived and restored.

The retreat is for anyone who would like to escape the hustle and bustle of city living with an escape to the country, and to gain a strong foundation of yoga for a lifelong practice. Our aim is to create a relaxed, safe and nurturing environment for you to explore your practice and to learn tools to take away and apply to your practice at home. What you can expect:
• A yoga weekend custom-crafted to give you a total mind, body and soul cleanse.
• Yoga classes with Cloudia Hill offered twice a day, with all levels of experience welcomed.
• An optional private yoga session tailored to meet your individual needs.
• A range of yoga styles and meditation practices including: hatha, vinyasa flow, restoritive, yoga nidra, pranayama breath work.
• The opportunity to enjoy down time or local activities; guided walks, horseback riding, trips to Bath or Frome, or relaxing spa treatments in the comfort of your own room.
• A cleansing juice programme using fresh, organic fruit and vegetables to accompany the cleansing yoga classes.
