It’s a very important remedy
The central disturbance revolves around issues of security and attachment; the fragility that develops through dependence. The patient experiences a persistent sense of being unprotected, neglected, or outside the circle of belonging, producing a deep anxiety about separation and abandonment.
Relationships become both necessary and threatening. There is strong concern for loved ones and a tendency toward benevolence and self-sacrifice, coexisting with withdrawal, aversion to company, and periods of emotional indifference.
The individual may oscillate between caring involvement and retreat into detachment - connection carries the risk of rejection or domination.
The inner life is marked by instability and contradiction. Anger alternates with sadness, restlessness alternates with inertia, and the will becomes divided between serving others and preserving oneself.
Thoughts may become disconnected, concentration weakens, and intrusive or violent ideas manifest, especially when alone or before sleep. Sensitivity to external impressions; noise, odors, or the feeling of being watched.
Underlying these experiences is an unsettled sense of identity. The person may feel estranged from their own self or body, with moments of regression toward more infantile states of dependence and longing for maternal security. Vigilance and responsibility emerge as attempts to maintain connection while managing a persistent fear of isolation.
