When your mind is racing or your body feels restless, try left-nostril breathing. This is a Kundalini technique that helps calm the nervous system.
How to do it:
1️⃣ Sit comfortably.
2️⃣ Gently close your right nostril with your thumb.
3️⃣ Breathe in and out through your left nostril only.
4️⃣ Continue for 1-3 minutes.
This activates your parasympathetic nervous system, the part of you that knows how to rest, digest and heal.
