Turns out I am a prolific journaller, just like my Dad.
Journalling helps me to express feelings, I might find it hard to put into words, it’s especially good with anger and rage.

What a day so far! We are live with IM taking through childbirth emergencies after a morning of straightforward birth with myself and . All of the cohort received a beaded birth line to start exploring what birth can look like with their families! We also enjoyed a fantastic cheese board thanks to . YUM.
