Having worked as a critical care nurse for over 15 years and trained a range of both medical and non-medical staff in resuscitation I have seen firsthand the importance of early, good quality basic life support. However, not nearly enough people are competent and confident enough to deliver these skills when it really matters. I passionately believe first aid is a key skill that everyone should po

ssess and it should be taught to our children from an early age. I am certified by the Resuscitation Council (UK) and able to deliver a variety of training packages to meet a wide range of requirements with prices starting from £20 per delegate. Courses I provide include:

Basic Life Support;
Basic Paediatric First Aid;
Emergency First Aid at Work;
Emergency Paediatric First Aid; and
