Meet our newest member of the team, Ruby 🥳

Ruby is offering £50 for any 60 min appointment throughout March and April.

Ruby is a fully qualified massage therapist with over ten years of experience in both clinical and wellbeing settings. She specialises in a variety of techniques and approaches including Swedish massage, deep tissue, reflexology, aromatherapy, and myofascial release, tailoring each session to the unique needs of her clients. Ruby’s approach focuses on relieving tension, reducing pain, and enhancing mobility, ensuring that clients leave feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. For an added sensory experience, Ruby often incorporates calming scents and soothing music, creating a peaceful atmosphere which help her clients fully unwind.

Ruby’s warm, empathetic nature shines through in every session. She takes the time to truly listen to her clients, creating an environment where they feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Whether clients are seeking pain relief or simply a moment of relaxation, Ruby's gentle and intuitive approach helps them feel at ease, fostering trust and a sense of wellbeing. Her compassionate manner ensures that each person leaves feeling not only physically better but emotionally uplifted as well.

Outside the clinic, Ruby is passionate about music, animals, and collaborating with others. She enjoys spending time walking in nature, at festivals, and exploring creative projects with like-minded individuals.

Meet Suzy ✨️ Our Nutritional Therapist 💕
We are so excited to welcome the amazing Suzy to our team.

Suzy is a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in female hormone health, fertility and prenatal nutrition.
She offers personalised, one-to-one Nutritional Therapy consultations to help bring clients back to balance, and achieve their health goals through simple and achievable diet and lifestyle changes. She is especially passionate about fertility and prenatal nutrition, and the power of nutrition to help increase a couple’s chances of bringing home a healthy baby. She also works with groups and runs a 6-week online fertility nutrition course, Watering Seeds.  

Her own love of food and eating goes to the heart of her practice. She aims to help clients build positive relationships with food, practice self-compassion and grow healthy habits that will last for a lifetime.

Signs of Spring are springing and we have many new and exciting things happening at Frome Osteopathy. Our cosy home is having a bit of work done at the moment to give us access to two separate treatment rooms! Meaning we are about to have double the availability.
