All it takes is a 5 minute pause to go out into Nature, or to the Park, or into the garden and breathe it all in. Or pause and think about all that we're grateful for. Are you suffering from anxiety? You are not alone! It's one of the most common challenges that people face. If you feel anxiety coming on, say to yourself, "OK. I'm feeling anxious, but it will pass." Try to stay with it, and stay calm and the feelings will eventually subside. Take some deep breaths in and out, if possible move around to reassure your body.
