Let’s talk breaks -

The most important part of the treatment, where I leave you to rest and your body will continue to make the adjustments it needs in the areas where the fascia is tight.

I take the time to do your notes and go back through previous notes, as to what procedures has worked for you.

Time is powerful & by far this is where the magic happens & the most important part for me as your therapist ✨

Happy International dogs day.

For those of you who are new to this page, these were my girls - Maisie & Bella.
Sadly neither are earth side anymore, but what amazing girls they were. They taught us so much. Maisie passed 2 years ago & we only lost Bella in January it’s still incredibly raw & we really miss having a dog around the house.

The love and joy a dog can bring to your life is pretty incredible.

We get asked lots when are you getting another one & the answer is I really don’t know, the grief & the pain I still feel from loosing Bella will stay with me for a very long time. They are both pretty irreplaceable.

So love your fur babies a little harder tonight, snuggle them a little tighter & cherish every moment.

Life is so short for them, treasure every moment. 🩷🩷

The summer holidays are nearly over the nerves & overwhelm can start to kick in. For those of you that have little ones starting school, changing schools, that constant battle to get them to school it’s all those emotions as parents we feel but we can’t always show them. It’s the feeling of letting them go & finding their own way. Will they make friends, Will they be ok, Will they need me I’m pretty sure we all ask ourself the same questions.

Bowen can help calm the nervous system & make life feel a lot more balanced. Reiki is good for the emotions we feel & helps the centres within are body feel more grounded.

Hello to all my lovely clients,

After a long couple of months of putting it off, the time has come for me to do a price increase starting from Monday 1st September 2025.
With constant studying, my resources and bills going up I sadly have no option but to put my prices up.
I hope you all understand my reasons and believe me this hasn’t been an easy decision.
I really appreciate all your love & support and without you all Bowen head toe tail wouldn’t exist.
I am so grateful to each and every one of you.
