✨ That’s it guys I’m over & out for Christmas, to each & everyone of you that has been part of my journey this year, I really do thank-you from the bottom of my heart. I see you all as extended family & the laughs, serious conversations we have & the tears we have cried have all been part of this huge journey for us all. To all my clients who knew I was extremely vulnerable at the start of the year when we lost Bell, I really do thank-you for being a part of getting me through those dark days, your smiles, comfort & kind words went a very long way. Thank-you for being on this journey with me & for trusting me to be part of your health & wellbeing. I wish you all a very merry Christmas & a very happy & healthy new year. Can’t wait to see what 2026 brings ✨

✨ WORKING HOURS ✨

Moving into the new year I have decided to tweak my hours a little. So I will be dropping to 1 evening a week from 5th January 2026 which will be a Monday evening.

I am still offering mornings & afternoons through out the week, but the time has come to spend some more time with my family. Juggling 2 jobs 1 being my own business & having a little family that are dependant on me can be quite demanding sometimes, so moving forward it completely makes sense to drop an evening for me.
