Thinking about attending one of our groups, but not sure if you’re ready to talk?

At our groups we have the 'talking ball' which is great for making sure that guys never feel any pressure to talk.

It gets passed around the circle to each guy when it's their turn to talk, if you're not ready to talk, simply pass it along.

You can take it all at your own pace. ❤️

Who saw us at York City vs Brackley Town? 😍

Thank you to everyone who stopped to say hello and partake in some great conversations. Thank you to York City Football Club for inviting us be part of the match day and putting us in the match day programme. The volunteers did a great days work and the team didnt let us down either with a massive 4-0 win. Even the sun was shining for us!
