Online Somatic Hatha Mon 6.30 to 8pm, and Healing Restorative Thurs 6.30 to 7.30. In person classes in Beverley Mon 10 to 11.30am and in nearby village Etton Wed 6.15 to 7.45pm. Private on to ones/groups also happily given.

Ok. The weather is a bit pants - I'm glad to have things to look forward to - November Nourish yoga retreat in the N Yorkshire Moors, Nov 28 to 30. Loads of yoga, gong bath, crafts, miles of countryside on the doorstep ... good food, friendship and times. 4 spaces left.
