Making time to continue feeling well isn’t something is brits are good at in honesty.
Grouping us all together is a bit meh but whatever stay with me…
In countries like Finland, Sweden, Australia, Germany… they have got things right.
Monthly massages, as usual and normal as going to Tesco. Everyone gets them. Companies pay for workers to have massages, you can claim on health insurance for it, and it is seen as a maintenance necessity. (Ok, again generalising)
I wonder what radical change we need to make in our minds until we start prioritising massage like our health and happiness depends on it…
Because for a lot of people, a lot of the time, massage is seen as a luxury in a spa, similar to getting a facial or your nails getting done.
My massages couldn’t be more different from that, except I usually have some wafty music on.
Why not come try for yourself?
2 spaces left next week and 1 space left the week after, I’m booking up fast!!
Big love
Jules ❤️
