Available 24/7, Surgery Assist helps patients with a wide range of health & care queries, offering instant support without the need to wait on hold or come into the practice. Whether it’s viewing your test results, ordering your repeat medication, checking opening times, finding the status of a hospital referral, refer yourself to a community service, or simply wanting support to stop smoking, Surgery Assist can provide quick and reliable assistance.
Surgery Assist uses advanced technology to understand patient needs and offer relevant information or solutions. If the query is more complex, Surgery Assist seamlessly connects patients to their practice, ensuring they get the help they need.
Available online through the practice telephone and website, Surgery Assist provides flexibility and convenience, allowing patients to manage their health on their terms. By handling simpler requests, Surgery Assist frees up practice staff allowing them to focus on more complex issues, improving overall experience for everyone.

To ensure the best, safe care for you and your family, the practice accepts non-urgent/routine online consultation requests or queries during our opening hours (8 am - 6 pm)

You can submit a non urgent request online at fulwellmedicalcentre.nhs.uk

For urgent help during opening hours, you should telephone the practice (telephone lines are open 8.30 am - 6.00 pm) or ring NHS 111.
