🐣 Getting Ready for Easter at Banksfield Nursing Home 🐣

Easter may still be around the corner, but the excitement has already begun here at Banksfield! Our residents have been enjoying a wonderful time taking part in Easter-themed crafts, cheerful sing-alongs, and even a fun-filled egg hunt to get into the festive spirit early 🎨🎶🥚

A big thank you to our fantastic Activities Coordinator Bo for planning such engaging and meaningful activities that bring joy and creativity to our home 💛

We are also incredibly grateful to all our staff who have supported and participated, helping to create such a warm, vibrant, and happy environment for everyone 🌷Team Banksfield spreading positive energy and love!

What a magical Mother’s Day yesterday at Banksfield! 🌸✨ Our home was filled with the most beautiful music and even better company.
A huge thank you to all the families who joined us for our sing-along—seeing our residents’ faces light up while singing with their loved ones is exactly why we do what we do. From the high notes to the happy tears, it was a day to remember. 🎶❤️

A Fresh New Look at Banksfield Nursing Home!

We’re delighted to share that the painting project at Banksfield Nursing Home is now complete and what a transformation it has been!

After thoughtful consultations with our wonderful residents, their families, and our dedicated staff team, we chose beautiful pastel colours to brighten and refresh our home. The result is a lighter, warmer, and more uplifting environment that truly reflects the comfort and care we provide every day.

The soft pastel tones have brought a new sense of calm, positivity, and freshness throughout the home, creating an even more welcoming space for everyone who lives, works, and visits here.

We warmly invite our local community to come and see the transformation for yourselves. Our doors are always open for visits and enquiries.

We currently have a few beds available for those looking for a caring, comfortable, and vibrant place to call home. If you or a loved one are considering care options, we would be delighted to speak with you and show you around.

This Valentine’s Day, our incredibly talented Chef Chris has poured heart and creativity into designing a truly special menu for our wonderful residents and their families here at Banksfield Nursing Home. ❤️

From beautifully prepared dishes to indulgent sweet treats, every plate has been crafted to celebrate love, togetherness, and the joy of sharing a meal with those who matter most.

At Banksfield, we believe that food is more than nourishment, its connection, comfort, and celebration. And what better occasion than Valentine’s Day to bring everyone together around the table?

Valentine’s Day at Banksfield is about celebrating love in all its forms. Alongside our beautifully crafted menu, we’ll be hosting a variety of thoughtful activities lead by Bo our activities coordinator designed to bring joy, spark conversation and create treasured moments for our residents and their loved ones.
