This week is **Mental Health Awareness Week**, organised by the **Mental Health Foundation**, and this year’s theme is **Take Action**.

Mental health affects all of us. Looking after our wellbeing is just as important as looking after our physical health. Sometimes taking one small step — reaching out, talking, resting, or asking for help — can make a big difference.

Ways to take action:

✔ Take time to rest and recharge
✔ Go for a walk or spend time outdoors
✔ Talk openly about how you’re feeling
