🎥✨ Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone ✨🎥

So today I did just that 🤩

If you had told me a few years ago that I’d walk into networking rooms full of strangers, run my own networking franchise, introduce myself and openly talk about counselling… I probably would have laughed nervously 😅

But growth often starts just outside our comfort zone.

Networking isn’t just about business cards or promoting yourself.
It’s about connection. 💚

Listening to their stories.

And reminding people that they don’t have to struggle alone.

I’m 54, been married for 32 years, and a proud mum of three. Family and friends mean everything to me 🥰
