Wow I can not believe that Trudi Jane Counselling is 6 years old today 🎉🎉🤩

It has not been easy building my private practice and having to be the marketing department , financial department, operations manager and HR all at once but I have done it 🤩🤩

I have had to survive a pandemic, bereavement and good old imposter syndrome would make me doubt my ability but with amazing support from family and friends here I am 6 years on and I DOING IT 🤩🧡

I love my work and have had the privilege to work with some amazing clients over the years and can see how therapy can really make a difference in people’s lives and their mental health 🧡

I am grateful that I was able to share the day with some amazing therapists learning all about the Polyvagal Theory and the nervous system with the beautiful andreabinksybinks 🥰 Thank you for an excellent and informative course 🥰🙏

Such a great reminder of how to bring this into my sessions but also how to help look after my own nervous system 🥰
