Techniques through healing, NLP and journeying to regulate the nervous system and our patterns and responses in every day life can be extremely powerful. In my experience we sometimes we just need to negotiate and talk compassionately with our self and these protective energies within us that we think are keeping us safe to tell them we ARE safe and that we can take over now - the original trauma has now passed and we don’t need those triggers any more.
