Slight change to this weeks timetable - Yin yoga Wednesday 5th 7.30pm will be on Tuesday 4th at 7.30pm. Due to family outing for bonfire night. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

What a great half term week I've had, just what I needed a break from the routine of life. And now I'm ready to get back into the new routine that the clock change and the transition into winter brings.
Let's get hygge with longer relaxations to close each class. You will still get your movement and shapes and then I will allow a little longer for you rest and absorb the impact of the session.
