🦵 Exercise of the Week: Hip Mobility – Kneeling Kettlebell Leg Lift 💪

This week we’re focusing on hip mobility and strength with the kneeling kettlebell leg lift - a brilliant exercise for targeting the hip flexors while improving control, stability, and range of motion.

How to do it:
✔ Start in a half-kneeling position with one knee on the floor and the other foot in front.
✔ Keep your torso tall and core engaged.
✔ Slowly lift the front leg over the kettlebell and back.
✔ Perform 8–12 reps before switching sides.

Why train your hip flexors?
Strong, mobile hip flexors are key for:
🔥 Efficient walking and running
🩻 Pelvic and lower-back support
⚡ Better balance and athletic performance
🤕 Reduced risk of hip and groin injuries
