πŸ’™ This week our staff will be wearing a Forget Me Not, in recognition of Dementia Action Week, an awareness campaign led by Alzheimer’s Society, bringing people and organisations together to act on dementia.
This year, we're encouraging everyone to join the Forget Me Not Appeal.
Behind each Forget Me Not badge, there are stories of lives devastated by dementia and when we all wear the badge together, it becomes a movement of hope, action and unity.

⚽ Cliff Bradley & Sons and Cliff Bradley Memorials were proud to recently sponsor Gainsborough Trinity Football Club as Gold and Silver match sponsors. At a home fixture against Warrington Rylands, seventeen guests joined us to enjoy hospitality at the ground, a local club we have been proud to support for a number of years. The team have had a fantastic season so far and, with two games remaining, are firmly in contention for a play-off spot. We wish the club, players and supporters the very best of luck in the weeks ahead.

πŸ“· Pictured below, guests are seen alongside one of our pitchside advertising boards, with Rhianne’s son, Reggie, presenting Man of the Match to goalkeeper David Robson, who played a vital role in securing a clean sheet in a competitive goalless draw. We thank the club for their hospitality and a memorable day.

🌿 Cliff Bradley & Sons are proud to be members of the Association of Green Funeral Directors, an organisation established to support funeral homes in offering more environmentally responsible choices, while helping families find services that reflect their values. For us, this is a natural step. In recent years, we have introduced fully electric and hybrid vehicles into our funeral fleet, alongside wider steps to reduce environmental impact across our day to day operations. We also offer a considered range of eco-friendly options, including sustainable coffins, natural burial choices and simpler, more environmentally conscious services.

Membership of the Association reflects both our current approach and our ongoing commitment to improve. Its code of practice promotes transparency, informed choice and the availability of greener alternatives, ensuring families are able to make decisions that are right for them, with a clear understanding of the options available.

Every funeral is personal. For some families, that includes considering environmental impact, choosing materials, methods and settings that align with a more natural approach. Our role is to guide those choices with care, offering clear and practical options when they matter most. As part of the association, we will continue to review and develop our practices, helping to reduce impact where possible, maintaining the standards of care and service that families expect, our family caring for yours. πŸ’š

🌸 Mothering Sunday can bring many emotions. For some, it is a time of love, togetherness and celebration. For others, it can be a difficult day, missing a mum who is no longer here, grieving a child, or simply wishing that someone special was still part of the day. As we approach Mothering Sunday, we invite anyone finding it hard to visit our online dedication page, a gentle space to remember, reflect and celebrate the life of someone they love. In support of The Menopause Charity, all donations raised will help provide vital support to women around the country.

You are welcome to leave a dedication, share a memory, or upload a photo, whether your loss is recent or many years past. The service is free to use and open to all, offered in association with our tribute partner, MuchLoved, to support families in our care and the wider community. However you spend the day, please remember that you are not alone. We are here whenever you need us, our family caring for yours. 🀍
