😊Join me for the 5 week relaxation course starting next week, learn ways to reduce anxiety and calm a worrying mind.
💫It's £80 for the course of 5 - 75min sessions on -
⏱️Wednesday 4th March -7.15-8.30pm
⏱️Friday 6th at either 10am or 12noon -Please indicate a preference on the booking form and I will decide which is the most popular time to run the session.
Over the 5 weeks we will look at -
Mindfulnesses meditation
Breathwork
Yoga nidra
Sound bath
😊The last week will be a beautiful fusion of all modalities.
