If you’ve ever had acupuncture with me, you’ll know that before each session, I take a moment to look at your tongue and feel your pulse.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these are powerful ways to understand what’s happening inside the body. The tongue reflects the state of your organs, fluids, and energy, while the pulse gives insight into how that energy is flowing.

It’s not just about numbers or heart rate — it’s about listening to what your body is saying through subtle signs.

Together, these help me tailor each treatment to what you need that day — whether it’s more energy, better sleep, emotional balance, or pain relief.

Oh Flexes. what a horrible week it has been with the weather ☁️

I'm happy to say that people are bracing it and still coming to me for relaxation as well as knocking out the congestion of toxins building up.

This time of year is hard for us all but just remember you are important to YOU. Look after yourself, treat yourself to a treatment before the madness begins for December.
