New Yoga classes in our studio 🧘♀️
🌿 Yoga in Galashiels & Melrose 🌿
I’m currently opening new yoga groups in Galashiels Eildon Health and Fitness and expanding my classes in Melrose Priorwood House, and I would love to welcome new people into the practice.
In Melrose, I currently have a class running at 5:00 PM, and you are very welcome to join this group. I’m also open to expanding the schedule depending on interest.
In Galashiels, I’m planning to start new groups and I’m currently looking at the following options:
✨ Tuesday: 9:00–10:00 AM or 4:30 PM
✨ Friday: 9:00–10:00 AM sessions on additional weekdays (Monday–Thursday), depending on studio availability and interest
We are still exploring available days in the studios, so the schedule is flexible. If you are interested, please let me know what time would suit you best — I can then organize new groups based on demand 🤍
A little about me and why I teach yoga:
Yoga is not just physical exercise — yoga is my way of life.
When I moved from Ukraine, I didn’t know anyone here. I had no friends, and everything felt new and uncertain. During that time, yoga became my foundation — it gave me grounding, strength, calmness, and stability when everything around me felt unfamiliar.
I began practicing simply to support myself — to breathe, to stay connected, and to feel balanced. Over time, people started noticing me practicing and asked to join. That is how my first classes began.
Many of those early students were also Ukrainians who had left their homes and were rebuilding their lives here. We practiced together outdoors, in nature, and it became something deeper than just yoga — it was connection, support, and shared healing.
That experience is still at the heart of why I teach today. For me, yoga is about inner strength, connection, and creating a space where people can feel grounded and at home within themselves.
If this resonates with you, you are very welcome to join 🤍
