You’ll be the welcoming first contact of the practice, helping clients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they get in touch.

💜 A huge thank you to Barbara Bertram Communities Connected for today’s Dementia Awareness Session at Borders Hearing Care! Your knowledge, warmth, and compassion made such a difference.

You helped us understand how Dementia affects a person, why personality changes can happen, how to recognise the signs, and most importantly how we can better support those living with it.
