Get ready to make some noise with Borders Hearing Care!

Shona and her helper the big idEARS elf will be at Bang Goes the Borders on 20th September!

Discover the magic of sound, with hands-on experiments that let us see, feel, and hear how sound works.

From exploring vibrations and pitch to testing how sound travels, our activities are designed to spark curiosity and make sound science come alive.

Make a string telephone to send secret messages and simulate eardrums to see how we really hear - Science has never sounded this much fun!

Borders Hearing Care will be open 9am - 12.30pm this Monday & Tuesday.

Shona will be working from home in the afternoons, so any enquiries can be answered over email or please leave a message 01896 800 369 and i'll get back to you ASAP!

Back to normal hours on Wednesday for work and school 🙌🥳

Excessive earwax can cause - tinnitus/ringing in the ears, hearing loss, dizziness, itchiness, pain.
At Borders Hearing Care we use microsuction and irrigation to safely and gently remove excessive ear wax and resolve the problem.

Lots of wee beasties around just now, Andrew is finding and carefully removing some from ears this month..........👂🏼🐜👀

Bringing some work home this afternoon and sorting Selkirk grandad out with some new hearing aids 🦻

+ some learning for the team on how these tiny and very clever devices help people hear and what Shona does at work 💫

Max says they look like electronic Lego for adults - so may make a brilliant Audiogist of the future 🌍

Rex still wants to be a footballer or a you tuber! 😎
