I understand that life events and circumstances sometimes mean that appointments cannot be kept. Out of respect to other clients and to me as a small business, I ask that you give me as much notice when you need to cancel or change an appointment.

24 hours or more - no charge. Less than 24 hours - 50% of the session. Failure to notify me that you will not make your appointment I consider that a "no show" and you will be charged full price of the session. I will make exceptions for emergencies that are out of your control.

Dark circles around the eyes are a common concern and can make someone appear tired and unhealthy. It can be caused by a number of factors including general ageing.

To help combat this problem it is important to keep hydrated, and use a daily SPF to protect from harmful UV rays.

The skin around the eye is very thin and delicate and it will draw in products applied to the skin so a good light eye cream is essential. An eye cream should be dabbed lightly around the eye using your ring finger.

My recommendations would be:

Cliniccare Lip and Eye Cream (30ml) £40 or Neostrata Intensive Eye Therapy (15ml) £50.
