Key signals of running exhaustion:

😬 Persistent fatigue

😬 Changes in resting heart rate

😬 Mood fluctuations

😬 Decreased performance

😬 Unusual physical discomfort

Tip: A training journal can be a great way to pick up on patterns and warning signals - and it doesn't have to be fancy or complicated 😉
