What actually happens in a hypnotherapy session?
It’s not all swinging watches and clucking like a chicken!
First, we have a chat about what’s going on and what you want to work on. Then you get comfy and we gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation, sometimes called trance - it’s calm, safe, and you’re always in control.
From there, we gently work with unhelpful thoughts to help things feel calmer and more manageable. Most people leave feeling relaxed, focused and more regulated.
This is where the real change begins…
