🌿 “How often should I be booking in?” 🌿
This is something a few people have asked me recently, and the honest answer is… it really depends on what’s right for you! 🤍
Your body, your lifestyle, your stress levels, your schedule, your goals, your intentions — you get the picture! It’s all unique to you.🌸
I’m happy to recommend a treatment plan based on our consultation, but ultimately it’s up to you and we can adapt to your needs as life happens.✨
For many people, once a month is a really lovely rhythm to aim for. It gives your body regular space to release tension, reset the nervous system, and stay on top of things before they build up. 🌙
But for others, especially if you’re working through something specific or going through a more demanding season of life, weekly or fortnightly sessions can feel much more supportive 💆♀️🌿
What’s arguably the most important factor is knowing you’re working with a therapist that feels like the right fit for you! 🩷
