I offer remedial massage therapies tailored to your needs. I offer everything from a relaxing full body massage, to facial yoga, to I have a focus on trauma work. Treatments can be booked for 30m, 1h or 90m. Prices range from £20 to £60 per session. Please drop me a message to talk to me about my therapies and booking an appointment. Metta means loving-kindness. To practice Metta we must love ourselves; what better way to love ourselves than to look after our bodies and to do this through massage!? I aim to embed my values of empathy and caring into my therapy to meet your treatment needs.
