KTM 1290 Superduke GT 2023 Euro 5 Custom Remap
Akrapovic decat system.

The owner of this bike gave me a call prior to bringing his bike to me to enquire as to whether or not I could sort out his bike, which had previously been mapped elsewhere. His main problem with the bike was the fact that at lower rpm, after the remap the bike was extremely jerky and not rideable safely.
I asked him to bring the bike to me and I would sort it out.
I ran the bike on my dyno at slower speeds and RPM and immediately saw what the problem was.
All good now though she's super smooth and tractable at low revs. They do need quite a bit of work these machines to get them running right.
Anyway, graphs show my tuned map versus the stock mapping as I would have shown anyway if the bike had come to me in the first place.
As per.... runs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle opening runs. Red trace is after mapping and blue trace is stock mapping.

Suzuki GSXS 1000S 2016 Dyno Remap.

GR Moto exhaust system with short tailpipe and V Short "muffler"
Air Box damper/resonator plate removed.

This machine in today for a custom remap, needless to say as you can see from the as received power curves (blue trace) I had a lot of work to do to straighten things out. Mostly due to the as received configuration the bike was running.
Anyway after a lengthy session on the dyno finally got the engine as close as possible to running nicely.
Graphs as per show, 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle opening runs. The difference out on the road will be very apparent. :) Woolich Racing RB Engineering

Triumph 765 RS 2023 Model Zard Full System.

Had this stunning bike in today for a Woolich Racing Remap session.

Looking at the before and after results I would say it was worth doing. :)

Graphs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% Throttle position runs before (blue) and after (red).

Honda CB650F 2016 Custom Remap.
Full Delkevic Exhaust System with DB Killer.

Todays task. As received the fuelling and ignition timing had a lot of room for improvement. As can be seen from the resulting red trace compared to the stock mapping blue trace.
I did have a slight issue with a misfire lower down the rev range at fully open throttle, however this will be rectified by the owner of the bike in the near future.
The dyno graphs show 10%, 15% , 20%, 30%, 40% and 100% Throttle roll on tests. The red trace really shows what can be achieved with careful progressive adjustments to all the various tables along with the disablement of various sensors and constraints.

Suzuki M1800R Custom Remap.
Finally got this finished after a lot of work...front and rear cylinders mapped separately as the fuelling was miles out on both....very much so on the rear cylinder and running very lean all round above 40% throttle. This is probably due to the Cobra straight through pipes and the Pro-ace separate air filters drawing a larger amount of air.
This bike would not run at all well above 40% throttle as you will see on the provided dyno graph images. A/F dangerously lean!

Honda CBR600RR Full Arrow system MWR Filter custom remap.
Just finished this bike on Saturday and very happy with the results especially seeing that it was a similar power output at max throttle compared to the Kawasaki ZX636 I remapped the other day.

Dyno graphs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle twist grip positions before and after.

Should be an interesting comparison on the race track if it happens. :) Woolich Racing

Kawasaki ZX636R 2020 Model Custom Remap.
Aftermarket Race can and Tailpipe Stock Headers with cat installed.

Had this tidy ZX636 on the dyno today for a custom remap. Lots to adjust to make it all work well. The owner of this bike will certainly feel the difference on his track days, with lap times much improved, due to the noticeable increase in power and torque at medium throttle openings. Coming out of corners will be much improved compared to how the bike did before the remap.

KTM 890 Duke E5 Custom Remap, Twin Black Widow System with db killers installed.

In for a remap today and have to say that i am very pleased with the results. These 890 none R version bikes are a bit restricted so the increases are well worth while in terms of response and power.

Dyno graphs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle twist grip positions before and after.

KTM 790 Adventure fitted with Akrapovic silencer with decat pipe also DB killer installed.

Had this machine in today for a full custom remap...the owner of the bike required the power to be smooth at small throttle openings to help the bikes stability on rough slow terrain. This has been achieved and also nice improvements in power delivery.

Dyno graphs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle twist grip positions before and after.

Yamaha MT09 Gen 4 2025 Custom Remap.
Full Scorpion system with db killer installed.

Had this lovely bike on the dyno today for some custom remapping and got to say its turned out really well. I think the owner of the bike will be nicely impressed with the performance of his machine after the remap. :) Woolich Racing

BMW R1250GS Rallye, Custom Dyno Remap.

Mods: FUEL open slip on on can.

Just had had this brute on the dyno a couple of days ago and the results are as expected with much stronger smoother bottom end and mid range gains.
All the usual Euro 5 restrictions dialled out.

Dyno graphs show before and after mapping results at 20 25 30 40 50 and 100% Twistgrip positions.

Feedback:

"Hi Andy, ended up staying out on the bike for a few hours. I never thought the stock fuelling felt too bad. But like with previous bikes you have done for me knew there is always room for improvement. There is a noticeable change at small throttle openings and it then pulls harder all the way through the range as I open the throttle. It feels a lot more linear".
